Default Evaluation Approach - Considerations

Attached is a high-level approach that outlines the key steps and considerations for evaluating bids under the PFMA / MFAM Supply Chain Management Framework.
The approach is discussed in more detail during the workshops and training that is conducted on the Three Committee in the PFMA / MFMA.
The A4 colour copy is provided here for printing purposes.
This approach merely provides the mechanistic steps and does not give much by way of considering two-stage bidding; confined bids; Requests for Information etc.
