National Treasury's new approach to evaluations will mean that public sector organisations will have to change spreadsheets, evaluations forms and recommendation documents and also re-train Specifications, Evaluations and Adjudication Committee Members.
Commerce Edge's 3 Bid Committee and Public Sector Supply Chain Management courses (conducted by WiL) have been amended to cater for the changes.
