This is a model we developed to try and describe the different SCM plans in the context of strategic planning and budgeting.
Please share any similar models that you may have that will help to better describe Demand Management within the Public Sector

The model displayed is quite informative. I would like to know if there is any course or workhshop conducted on Demand Management(Public Sector)

I've received some feedback from municipalities and also from provincial departments. Here is an update to the model to better show where the Specifications task fits and the reference to IDP. Any further comments are welcome?
