National Treasury's New Scoring Means Specifications Must Be More Detailed

National Treasury's new scoring methods (effective 15 September 2010) means that public sector organisations have to rethink and implement a different format for specifications. The key decision point will be the functional threashold.
The Commerce Edge 3-Bid Committee course (the 1-day and 2-day versions conducted by WiL) has been updated to include and cater for the new evaluation methods.
