Looking for Procuremment Interview tips

Hi All
Please can someone give me examples of actual procurement situations incorporating all the skills required for a senior procurement position i.e leadship and delegation,analytical ,interpersonal etc - i have been providing actual work situations at 2 interviews that i have attended - however the feedback i received indicates that i did not incorporate the required skills in my answer- plse assist
