The theory behind Open Book Costing (OBC) is simple: retailers and suppliers work in collaboration to understand their costs and look at ways to reduce them through initiatives such as joint logistical planning or group purchasing, with savings equitably shared.
For example, to the best of my knowledge, the allocation of retailers and suppliers who discuss strategies on eliminatining the extra costs involved, by making the the product or service cost effective..........
