It's always good to know what ROI options you looking at - Also - be aware of the cost per copy charges as well as consumable charges - to mention a few. Also insist on a SPoC (Single point of contact) with which to deal with - it will make your life easier at the end of the day!

Hi, You can ask for a 0 % escalation on a 36 month rental basis if not outright purchased.
Also request that the maintenance agreement to include all the labour, parts (including drum and rollers) and toner.
IF you have a current machine that you wish to replace through this process, make sure what the settlement is and include in the bid the amount. The bidding companies usually make provision in the monthly rental for the is settlement.

Ask them to show escalation on rental and don't forget to include voltage stabiliser and lightening protector. Some of the service providers count the bypass as one of the drawers, be specific, e.g, 2 paper drawers + bypass.
