I've recently started a new position within Demand Management- SCM, however, I just find it difficult to start implementing what I believe should be in place. Can someone who specialises in that assist???

Have you completed and documented a comprehensive strategic plan (As Is - To Be)?

If so, does it allign with the company/corporate strategic objectives?
