Book Or On-line Training Course On Strategic Hypothesis Test

I have a case where a hypothesis test is required to identify the best option among several senarios the company strategy is facing. Those are:
1) Status Quo: maintaining the current supplier which is easy to deal with, but paying high cost;
2) Change to new supplier which is too strong and clever to manage, but to pay less for now and cost increase is anticipated in future
3) Call for RFI from market to test the market ability and price. This strategy is associated with supply risk due to the market monopoly of that two suppliers
I will appreciate very much all info about book, training course or materials available on line to study more about strategic hypothesis test to perform this analysis job.
