Default Stock register for stores

Hi,

when will the storekeeper update the quantities of the item (fresh supplies) in the stock register (stores) - When Goods Received Note is made by the storekeeper (OR) after the confirmation of the purchaser or accountant or both on the receipt of Goods Received note with the delivery note/invoice from the storekeeper?
