Benchmarking - Void Management Schemes (Energy)

I am currently investigating void management schemes in relation to energy (gas / electricity). I would be grateful to hear from any other RSL's / Housing Associations that have implemented a similar scheme.
Comments relating to:
How long the scheme has been implemented;
Any benefits / process improvements you have noted;
Any benefits to your cusomers, for example: outgoing / incoming tenants;
Any Green / Environmental improvements you have noted;
Any other Strengths or Weaknesses relating to the scheme.
