This is a definition in progress - please add/delete.

'' It is the unending/continued persuit to improve processes and attitudes toward Procurement/SCM by striving to assist the organisation in becoming 'best in class' and eventually 'best in world' by eliminating waste of all kinds in order to obtain the ultimate satisfied consumer and provider.''
